All classes must be booked in advance, please bring your own equipment and refreshments.

Please arrive only 5 minutes before the class and use the hand sanitiser provided as you come in.

The doors will be open before and after the class please wait outside until the previous class leaves and the teacher asks you to come in.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and try not to eat a large meal for 1.5hrs before the class.

As social distancing and safety measures are in place try to arrive ready for the class and bring your own mat, cushion, blanket and water bottle.

There is a Pay & Display car park right next to the centre and one across the road (free after 5pm and at weekends)

There may be some free parking on the main road or side roads a short walk away
